    To get in tip-top surfing shape, Nina credits the home gym that she started working on during the pandemic.

    “I’m really proud of my home gym, I use it a lot,” she told Shape. “It’s really nice to have that flexibility of working out, whether it’s really early in the morning before I got to set, or really late a night when I get home from set, or after a long flight.”

    Her gym includes lots of cardio equipment: a NordicTrack Treadmill and a SoulCycle at-home bike. “When I’m done shooting and I have to memorize the next day’s work, I can sit on the bike with my script and exercise, and learn my lines for the next day,” she told shape.

    And back in 2019, Nina rushed an intense workout with actor Zac Efron for his “Gym Time w/ Zac Efron” series in 2019, which included Nina pushing Zach on a sled, planks and more.

    As for what she eats, Nina shared her exact diet with Harpers Bazaar’s “Food Diaries.”

    She starts the day off with “strong, strong coffee” with almond milk and Stevia, and for breakfast, she will make a protein smoothie made with banana, avocado, almond butter, spinach, arugula, collagen, and HUM Nutrition Raw Beauty powder. And she also stays away from gluten and dairy.

    Lunch is usually a salad. Nina tries to eat every two hours to keep her metabolism kicked up, and she snacks on almonds and granola. She often cooks dinner at home using one of Chrissy Teigen’s cookbooks.
